·        Confidentiality Agreement – express-VA understands the importance of clients’ privacy and confidentiality, and offers a Confidentiality Agreement to all new clients, before any work commences.

·        Confidentiality Clause – express-VA adheres to a strict confidentiality code, the Confidentiality Clause within the Confidentiality Agreement states that express-VA will obtain private and privileged information about clients’ business for the sole purpose of performing duties, this information remains confidential and will not be passed to a third party.

·        Client Property – all initial paperwork and documentation sent to express-VA, remains the sole property of the client.
