The Pay-as-you-GO package is for you if you want to test-drive how it is to work with a Virtual Assistant OR you just need a few hours over a period of one (1) month. You can choose from any one of the services, the fee per hour will be calculated accordingly (basic or advanced).

Express-VA track, log and monitor time spent via the web tool PayMo. You will receive a detailed Time Record and Billing Statement on a monthly basis.

A maximum DURATION of credit validity is applicable: credit is to be used within one (1) month.

Express-VA loves a retainer client, after all: the whole purpose of the VA-client relationship is to form a relationship of synergy and prosperity.

Express-VA recognises client loyalty, and in return to nurture a good VA-client relationship she offers her retainer clients a client loyalty discount.


There are three retainer packages to choose from:

Silver Package = 20 hours per month 5% discount

Gold Package = 30 hours per month 10% discount

Platinum Package = 40 hours per month 15% discount


The minimum monthly retainer package is a minimum of three (3) months. It can be a combination of basic and/or advanced services.

If you require additional hours during the course of the month, you can purchase them at the same discounted rate as your original retainer agreement. Any unused hours, up to a maximum of two hours may be carried over to the next month, on a monthly basis.

Express-VA will provide you with a Scope of Services (Estimate) based on the various tasks required, and the agreed monthly fee will then be invoiced monthly, in advance. Any work over and above the designated hours will be charged at the same discounted rate, as per your original retainer agreement, and invoiced on a monthly basis.

Entire retainer balance to be received in advance, by the 1^st of the month.

   

BASIC WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE

Choose this option if your need is project (task) based or if you just need a few hours at a time for a specific one-off assignment (ie website maintenance, PowerPoint presentation, social media fan page, etc).

A 50% deposit is required at onset of project. Entire balance to be received within 14 days of project completion.

All assignments undertaken are subject to express-VA’s agreed contract (agreement), stipulating: a detailed scope of services for individual types of work;  turn-around times; payment terms. Fees exclude additional (incidental) expenses - ie courier, postage, telephone, fax, stationery, copy costs - these will be charged at cost where appropriate. NSF cheques or late payments: NSF cheques are subject to an additional fee of $24; late payments are subject to a 10% overdue fee, charged on invoices over 30 days delinquent; delinquent invoices are subject to 2% interest per month. Method of Payment: direct deposit or using PayPal (Credit Card or Cash Transfer options). Express-VA reserves the right to amend prices as necessary.
