An estimate will be provided, but the final bill may vary as the work
progresses, you will be notified all the way. Express-VA’s
standard
rate is charged for time spent on the task, a minimum of 1 hour is
required, and thereafter it is divided into 15-min slots.

The minimum
monthly retainer
package is 3
months.
It can be a combination of basic
and/or advanced services.
If you require additional hours
during the course of the month, you can purchase them at the same discounted rate
as your original retainer
agreement.
Any unused hours, up to a maximum of two hours may be carried over to
the next month, on a monthly basis.
All
hours will be monitored
and logged.

Express-VA
will
provide you with a quote
based on the various tasks
required, and the agreed monthly fee will then be invoiced monthly,
in advance.
Any work over and above the designated hours will be charged at the
same discounted rate, as per your original retainer agreement, and
invoiced on a monthly basis.

by the 1st
of the month.

- All assignments undertaken are subject to
express-VA’s agreed
contract (agreement), stipulating: a detailed scope of services for
individual types of work;
turnaround times; payment terms.
- Fees
exclude additional (incidental) expenses - ie courier, postage, telephone,
fax,
stationery, copy costs - these will be charged at cost where
appropriate.
- NSF cheques or late payments: NSF cheques are
subject to an
additional fee of $24 (85AED); late payments are subject to a 10%
overdue fee,
charged on invoices over 30 days delinquent; delinquent invoices are
subject to
2% interest per month.
- Method
of Payment: by cheque (local only), direct deposit or using PayPal
(Credit Card or Cash
Transfer options).
Express-VA reserves the right to amend prices as necessary.
