· Express-VA accepts work in several formats: audio files (by email), hard-copy, email, CD/DVD, or fax.
· 3-Step Setup - Once you have contacted express-VA, you will go through a client interview process in order for express-VA to
establish your needs, and work out the most cost-effective and
efficient package to address your unique circumstances.
Secondly, you will receive an Estimation of services and fees. Thirdly, if we are happy with each other, services and fees on offer, express-VA sends you the Consulting Contract (Agreement), which must be signed and faxed back before work commences.
· A strict
confidentiality code is adhered to at all times and no information will be divulged to a third party. All initial paperwork and documentation sent to express-VA will
be returned once the project is complete and upon payment of outstanding invoices.
· Express-VA’s office hours are from 8h00 – 17h00 (GMT+4), Sunday to Thursday (Middle East working week). The weekend in the Middle East is on Friday and Saturday.
· If a turnaround
of less than 48 hours is required or a project needs to be completed
over a weekend or a Middle East
public holiday, time will be charged plus 50%.
· Final proofreading of all work undertaken by express-VA is the
responsibility of the client.
· Any errors
returned within 24 hours will be corrected free of charge.
· All changes made by the client after submission of work that are not corrections of errors will be subject to the normal rates.

Prices exclude additional
expenses, such as courier, postage, telephone, fax, stationery, copy costs, and these will be charged at cost where appropriate. For bulk mailings the cost of postage
must be paid in advance.

Invoices re standard or one-off
work will be sent out with the completed assignment. Invoices re
retainer work will be invoiced monthly, prior to payment.

Monthly retainers must be paid in advance, by the 1st of the month.
· A 50% deposit is required at onset of hourly and one-off type of projects; the entire balance to be received within 14 days of project completion.
·
Express-VA reserves the right to charge 10% interest per month on overdue accounts.
